Level 1 Finishing School

Level 1 Finishing School is our foundational class for layups.  In Level 1 we focus on learning the form and footwork for 1-foot and 2-foot Right-hand and Left-hand layups. Once athletes demonstrate competancy in these four finishes, they are promoted to Level 1.5 Finishing where they learn to master all four finishes at game speed off a dribble.
